How to use:

Press the oil pump into your palms and gently rub them together to warm the oil. Massage your body in long circular motions tuning into sensations and areas of need. Work inward to pull energy towards your core and center.

Hair and Scalp - Massage oil into the scalp gently. Start at your crown and work downward toward your neck and shoulders. Apply oil to hair for moisture and shine as needed.

Spa Bath/Steam - Follow the massage directions above then soak or steam in a warm bath or shower. This process causes your pores to open allowing your scalp and body to absorb more of the plant medicine from your massage and release excess dirt and dead skin cells. Because of the oil’s antibacterial properties, soaping is not necessary during your bath or steam. However, you should use a gentle cleanser for your most precious parts.
